ACD’s Assembly Operation is focused toward supporting our customers by providing a single source from new product development through price conscious production PCA and Box Build/System Level assembly.

All assembly, kitting and test personnel are IPC-A-610 CIS Certified and kept current by our on staff Certified Instructor. Stringent paperless documentation control is enforced from the planning stages all the way through to final inspection to ensure an accurate, quality product is delivered every time.

Our Assembly business model is geared towards supporting high-mix, high-technology assembly from prototypes through low-to-mid volume production. With a focus on high-end technology, ACD is equipped and staffed with two shifts to respond to a variety of products, markets, and deliveries.

Our standard cycle time for assembly is 5 days, but can be expedited to as quick as same day manufacturing when needed. Tell us how many you need and when you need them, we will handle the planning and coordinate the process so that your schedule drives the delivery.
