ACD’s Box Build Operation is focused towards giving our customers the ability to have finished product shipped directly to them, the final end user, or their distribution points.

Box Build Assemblies can be as simple as putting a completed PCA into a plastic enclosure and as complex as multiple PCA’s and Mechanical assemblies into final system level enclosures, where each unit is different than the last.

Our Planning Department works with our customers to be able to create very detailed Assembly Work Instructions that ensures an accurate, quality product is built and delivered every time. The work instructions and all other documentation are kept under stringent revision control and available to the production floor electronically.

Completed Box Builds can be packaged into custom shipping boxes along with shipping documentation, manuals, cables etc to enable shipments to go directly to the end customer.
