Planning

Our assembly planning department will review your data prior to assembly, and will work with you to clarify assembly instructions and resolve any discrepancies or questions before the build.  For machine assembly projects, the planning department prepares the necessary programming for the machine build. 

Hand Assembly

Our team of assembly technicians have an average of 10 years of experience.  Whether your project is a complete board build, a detailed blue wire modification, or isolated part replacement, ACD can meet your needs. 

Automated Assembly

Our machine assembly offers additional flexibility for larger andr more complex projects.  Customers should provide the following information to utilize machine assembly:

	Electronic Bill of Materials (Excel format)
	CAD data in intelligent ASCII format
	Any additional special instructions or assembly drawings

Flying Probe and JTAG Test

ACD now offers Flying Probe Test services.  This allows an assembled board to be tested for continuity.  Flying probe test can check for part value errors, part rotation, etc.  Customers should provide the following to utilize Flying Probe Test:

	PCB Database
	Final schematic for the design in searchable PDF formate
	Electronic Bill of Materials
