ACD has added the MY19 machine to its automated assembly line.  The MY19 is the largest placement machine from MYDATA. It is the ideal assembly machine for high-volume and high-mix production. The MY19 is unique in the market place due to its high feeder count and ability to place complex components at a high speed.

The MY19 offers highly accurate SMD placement as well as ease and flexibility in programming. It also allows multi-tasking, multi-user access and multi-board production features.  This will give ACD the flexibility to meet both quick turn and larger production projects.

In 2004, ACD introduced it's Flying Probe Test services.  Our Seica machine is an extra large flying probe system well-suited to testing any type of electrical board on any type of production run from a single board to high volume. The extended 24" x 24" board area is particularly suited to larger PCB demands such as PC motherboards and multi-board panels.

The S40 Pilot LX has a full suite of test capabilities ranging from simple MDA testing of passive components through to complete, powered-up in-circuit and functional analogue tests, static and dynamic digital tests and vectorless testing. Test can also be further enhanced using boundary scan and custom techniques.
